As ESCP National Delegate of Latvia I will continue to be the biggest advocate for this society. ESCP provides a wide range of academic opportunities and personally it has given me a lots - from meeting great colleagues from all around the world, a new skill set in ESCP courses and, of course, the highlight is the three months pelvic floor fellowship organised and sponsored by ESCP and Medronics.
My goal is to encourage new colorectal surgeons, trainee surgeons to become a member of ESCP. Also I am interested in new connections and meetings organised locally and in the Baltics in general.
