What information do we collect from you?
We collect information about you (name, email address, country, and profession, specialty or representation) when you voluntarily complete the form to participate in the consultation and submit your response to the survey.
Why do we collect this information?
We will use the personal information you supply in the survey to be able to analyse the data. However, if you choose to submit your response and participate anonymised, we will receive just your opinion, but no any individual data that can identify you or your characteristics.
Who might we share your information with?
We will not share your information with any third party. However, consultation/surveys results will/might be published within ESCP website if it is specified on the online form.
We will not disclose any information for marketing purposes to any company; except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
We will retain your information for the period of the consultation/survey, while it is on the website and, until immediately after the results have been updated or deleted from our site. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, to request to be forgotten or have deleted your individual data from our records.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent, which you have given it to us within the online form; and you are able to remove it at any time. You can do this by contacting us to the address below.

- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
