We will now send the final recommendations for voting to the entire expert group.

The consensus has been reached across recommendations.
EAES is in the process of preparing the guideline report and the linked IPD network meta-analysis: comments from participants can be given until July 7, as they plan to submit within July
Rapid guidelines (EAES): Complicated diverticulitis

November 2024 Update:
The guideline is completed and the paper has been submitted.
ESGO Anal intraepithelial neoplasia (AIN)
Led by Gaetano Gallo and Audrius Dulskas
No further updates to report.
See previous: Just yesterday we had an update meeting for the ESGO guideline paper. We have actually shared between the small groups particular chapters to be written (as example, diagnosis, screening, etc). The deadline for drafting the final chapter is the middle of July, and final voting for the statements is the end of July. So far all goes according to plan.

Goals for 2024/2025
Given the loss of funding for 2024/25, our current focus is on completion of all current guidelines. Alongside this, we consider the future of the guidelines committee, ensuring it’s value and viability for the society regardless of the external funding status.
