ESCP's President and Past President announce important information for members about the management of the society's Secretariat HQ.
Dear ESCP Members,
We are pleased to announce an important transition regarding the management of the ESCP Secretariat. After a period of fruitful collaboration with MCI, the ESCP Secretariat HQ will now be managed internally by the society, with an expert, efficient and very kind Team led by the volcanic Vanessa McCourt, in partnership with C-IN, our new Professional Congress Organiser (PCO). This change will allow us to bring the Secretariat in-house, ensuring closer alignment with our goals and a more sustainable approach to the society's operations.
The transition to C-IN as our new PCO marks an exciting step forward for ESCP. By maintaining the Secretariat within the society, we are committed to ensuring continuity in our services while enhancing the benefits for all members. ESCP has significantly grown over the past few years and this new arrangement is designed to streamline operations and provide a more personalised experience, fostering closer engagement between the Secretariat and our members.
We are confident that this change will result in improved support for our activities, including the annual conference, educational programs, and member services. The collaboration with C-IN will also enable us to pursue new initiatives and projects that align with the society's mission of advancing the field of coloproctology.
We would like to thank MCI for their dedicated service and support over the years. As we embark on this new chapter, we remain focused on serving the needs of our members and continuing the strong traditions that make ESCP a leader in the field.
From Monday 18 November; ESCP’s contact information will change and the website will be updated to reflect these changes. You can email the Secretariat on
Thank you for your continued support.
Warm regards,
